صبحانه جذاب امروزم كه بسي عاشقشم تركيب سفيده تخم مرغ با سيب و دارچين هست كه با هم توي تابه پختم و مثل كيك و دسر بود واسم يه بار ديگه هم قبلن دستورش رو گذاشته بودم خيلي هاتون درست كرده بودين عكسشو واسم فرستاده بودين كيف كردم والاا برم ديگه سر بزنم به پيجاتون ببينم ديشب شام چي خوردين خطايي نكرده باشين خدايي نكرده 😈😈

fittparty This was the highlight of my day!! This recipe right here is probably my best yet! It left me feeling happy and energized the entire day Chunky nanacream topped with bliss balls and chocolate sauce(1 tbs cocoa powder, 1 tbs sweenter, warm water) I couldn't stop talking about it all day I'm really glad I've took a step out of my comfort zone and started trying new recipes involving more raw and good-for-you ingredients! I've really noticed a difference in both my psychical and mental health -for the Chunky nanacream-
-2 frozen nanas
-small scoop of peanut butter -small handful of walnuts -some chocolate GF granola (coco nibs or chocolate chips could work here too)
-small splash of dairy free milk (I used vanilla unsweetened almond milk)
Blend it in a processor and you're done! -bliss balls (makes about 8-10 depending on size, I didn't use them all in my nanacream today)
-1/2c oats
-1/4c peanut butter
-1/4c agave nectar (organic) or honey -dash of nutmeg
-1/4 tsp cinnamon -1/4 tsp vanilla
-dash of salt
-optional: coco nibs or chocolate chips (I omitted this time around)
Blend in a processor and roll into balls. Keep in freezer over night then serve!

2T shredded coconut
3T chopped walnuts
Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy.
