lisa_active Whoop @jessicaolie I totally did it 🏼when I first got my splits I thought all the variations would be easy, but I soon figured out that it wasn't. I've been working on being able to flip my grip and get into a back bend in my splits for a few months now, i just couldn't do it for the life of me, every time i tried my hip lifted and I fell over ( ouch ) until today I finally was able to create my back bend, flip my grip and touch my forehead with my foot, and stay on the ground I couldn't be more excited right now. It was really frustrating, also a lot harder to balance in, would love to hold my foot with both hands but right now I'm happy with where I am and now I have to find my balance again 🏼🏼 πŸ˜€ wearing my newbie tights from @dharmabumsactive in sunset cheetah πŸ† 3h
  •   lisa_active @this.is.aly.r πŸ˜€ thank you so much beautiful so happy I got this, I always wanted to do this variation but it was really hard for me to do, it's a lot harder then what it looks actually I was just determined to get it and worked on it everytime I did the splits. I do jess's splits flow 3 times a week so that helped too love that flow @jessicaolie 2h
