radbot2300 Aw Yum yum yum isn't this tastey bean-dough log tastey? Is what I like to say every time I snap another tastey bite and let this warm salty sludge slide down my throat hole but every time I do I remember when I first had one back in elementary school and a boy named Spencer came up to me and said to me that my bean log was smelly and I told Spencer "listen Spencer you better step down"
And Spencer said, "oh yeah?"
And I said, "yeah"
And Spencer said, "oh yeah?" And I said. "yeah and if you say yeah one more time you're going to regret it Spencer" 
And Spencer said, "well what if I say orange" 
And I said," orange?"
And Spencer said "orange you glad I didn't say yeah" 
And he started laughing so hard his stomach shook and his shirt started unbuttoning and I said, "well that's it Spencer. You asked for it" and I unleashed a storm of my patented fist fury on him.and next thing I know I'm in the principles office and he was asking why I unleashed such cool attacks and I said I was training and Spencer insulted my bean log when I was Michael waveing them and the principles says that next time someone insults my bean logs it's better to just use words and tell them that if they keep acting like a pig to me that I'll cut 'em up like one.

fitvermontmama When I started my weightloss journey I was 270lbs and could hardly walk a mile. One of my biggest sources of inspiration was @livylovestorun... I watched her lose 100lbs and felt so empowered by the way she was changing her life. She would always say ""I just kept trying". That has become my mantra. Even when I make mistakes, or skip a workout, or don't see results-- I just keep trying. Even when I can't find any motivation and I feel like giving up, I don't. I keep trying. This mindset has changed my life. I do my best, but I forgive myself quickly and keep trying when I have a bad day. Bad days are inevitable. We all have days where we wanna eat an entire pizza. Sometimes we give in to those rotten cravings. So forgive yourself for being human, don't dwell on it and binge for 5 days. Move forward. Get up the next day and try. Just keep trying. We CAN do this. 8h

thehealthfullife Whoever said it's too hard to work out during the holiday season? It's just a matter of prioritising yourself, scheduling in workouts and keeping your promise to yourself to be active and move every day! I see this as the ideal time of year to fit in extra exercise, not less! Today I headed out for a lunchtime workout ahead of the work Christmas Party - 30min of cardio overlooking the beautiful Opera House and Harbour Bridge in the sunshine - a mix of sit ups, push ups, burpees, mountain climbers, planks, sprints and cooled down with some yoga. Feeling grateful for everything this beautiful city has to offer, including gorgeous gardens in the heart of the CBD ️ xx #thehealthfullife #exercise #sydneyharbour #moveeveryday 9h
