  •   smmaashleey Yup I used iifym.com I think it's pretty accurate. Some days I'm more flexible. I've just seen a change in my body where I do not have to be as strict because I train hard enough that my body seriously burns my intake more effectively. I think consistency with training is key. I train mon-fri at 6am. I rarely miss! Hope that helps @julia_wieman 4w
  •   julia_wieman I am hitting the gym 4-5 days a week but I think I need to switch my cardio after weights to hiit and be more consistent with a clean diet I'm at such a plateau :( I think I need to mainly eat better and just keep working out. I'm going to try iifym :) thanks girl!! Keep it up 4w
  •   smmaashleey I only do 5-10 min of cardio before my workout to warm up. Lately I've been doing heavy weight training mon-wed and then times circuits thur/fri! They include weights but it's mostly to keep my heart rate up. If you're over training your body you won't see results. That was my problem. My trainer has taught be quality not quantity. @julia_wieman 4w
