  •   _mpierce_ Yes I made it one week drinking fruit and green smoothies, eating apples and peanut butter and egg whites and tuna after each workout for protein. I lost 4 pounds but I try to work out 4-6 times a week too. I saw a difference and so did other people 3w

megscordle My first smoothie bowl. It was super yummy. I didn't add any granola because I am watching my carb intake but it was still DO GOOOD!!! I added to the blender a 1/2 cup of filtered water, 1/2 Cup ice, 3 cups of spinach, 1 cup of blueberries, 1 tbsp of peanut or almond butter, 1 scoop of Herbalife Protein Drink Mix Vanilla, 3 drops of Stevia, and 1/2 a banana and then I topped with chia seeds!!!
