threebeesblog It's something I've kept hidden under lock and keep and just hoped it would go away... And that only made things worse! Only those close to me are aware that I suffer from anxiety that sometimes leads to frustration and depression! I keep putting the doctors and physiatrist off because how can they help me when I can't even help myself. It is all in my head but no matter how much I tell myself that it doesn't change. I often cry as my triggers become more and more easier. For me it's going out for food, smells of food and sometimes being taken out of my comfort zone!   •   overtherainbowimages A journal more for what you want out of life. You would do like "mind maps" or positive statements "everything I need and want is coming to me easily and effortlessly" then on the same page you might write exactly what it is you want. xo 2mon
