  •   rhyfel_newydd Deffo haha, I'm hoping there will be some muscle memory somewhere from before to make it slightly easier, if not I'm ready to start again from scratch though just sooooooo fed up of feeling like crap after the last 7 weeks of Hell, it's really knocked it out of me, will be back and as strong as 20 year old me in no time though just need the proper go ahead from the hospital now....Can't remember what it feels like not to have the threat of imminent death over me at this point, so the faster that goes the better! @juliejones100 1d

alicia.cakes Killing it again today... 1025m swim this morning plus a 2.75 mile run in the warm weather (can't even imagine *walking* that much in weather over 70° 85 lbs ago) this afternoon. Bonus sweaty ass print photo. Lol
