viktoria_427 First day back since I messed up my knee! I took it slow and didn't push myself...too much. Started at the beginning of the C25k since I've been off for a while. I was super frustrated when I messed up my knee because I was so motivated to do this but thankfully, I've kept my motivation pretty well. I just know I have to take it easy for a bit so I don't stumble into another setback. Also, time to stop eating all the burritos in the world.
