brianmckenziewbffcompetitor Today ended up being a "Back session" I am learning its ok to take slow down and not rush,things happen for a reason just take your time listen and learn and grow. I am my worst enemy when it comes to training because I go way beyond 100% and go to the extreme because I want to step on stage so bad and I had many mishaps in my contest preparation or not the right team to help guide me but now I have that and a great amout of support so now it is my time to show the world who I am and tell my story.

The term "training" seems to be a burden for many people; where they are obliged to practice at certain time and to be at certain place. Training for me is more like a remedy to my busy day; as if it is my ultimate stress reliever.
Pursuing my goal to become a Triathlete, my routines therefore include running at least 3 times a week and swimming with the JAQ every Early Saturday morning. I run for a roundabout 4-5k and I do it around my neighborhood. While for swimming, i'd train for a roundabout 1.5-2k per training. Swimming training with the JAQ includes different stages; starting with a warm up (500m of different styles) then followed with surprised routines given by my coaches.
Despite my love for sports, I have bones disability. Was diagnosed since the early stage and had been restricted to do high impact sports (including running,soccer,boxing etc). Nevertheless, those sports are my remedy, are my stress reliever how I can I stop doing what I love most? The unbearable pain is totally worth it.
