docbmd I've been trying to eat healthier again and I'm not good at following diets, because I love food lol. I grilled some chicken, put asparagus in the oven: garlic, salt & pepper makes all the difference lol. I'm also trying not to eat carbs for dinner, but we'll see how long it lasts. I'm definitely taking more suggestions for recipes, bc I hate making the same food..Hell, I dislike cooking with a passion! Lol.
