  •   heathermary24 @re_tycoon I don't really do food plans for others yet. I do post all of my meal preps for ideas, and the sides and snacks I make. Your own macro requirements will have to be taken into consideration when you are doing your meal preps. I am trying to lean down while gaining muscle, it's pretty tricky as I need to eat 145 g of protein within my macro allowances. I use the weight watchers counting points system for the loss of fat. 12h
