danmurphymodel Huge day yesterday! Passed my Checkride for my Instrument Rating. Two weeks, 50 hours of flying, a 1000 pages textbooks, and three tests. I later found out that only 21% of private pilots ever earn this instrument rating. My journey in #aviation has been incredible and look forward to continuing to sharing it with you. I have missed tracking my day with the #positivechange program and have had a few slips so @bianca__sian and I are teaming up to keep each other accountable.

We are aiming for 10/10 a day and get points for the following:

1 point for Cardio (60 min minimum).
1 point for stretch (15 min minimum).
1 point for 2 litres of water.
1 point for supplements.
1 point for 7-9 hours sleep.
4 points for no unhealthy food choices.
-1 point for a bad food choice (up to 4).
And 1 point for finding 3 things you are #grateful for in the day.
Total of 10 points.
