cocoacoveredmuscles Carrot Cake, Peach, Banana, Blueberry Egg White Oatmeal Bowl
Layer your way to #delicious (like a boss) Bottom Layer: Prepare a serving of Bob Red Mill 10 grain cereal, add in 1/4 cup Grape Nuts cereal, fresh ginger, 1 carrot shredded, handful of raisins and unsweetened coconut flakes, 1/2 tsp. cumin or less if you choose, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar, and a splash of cashew milk.
Middle Layer: Add 100g of liquid egg whites.
Top Layer: 1 ounce of New York Sharp Cheddar Cheese, smoked paprika, garlic salt and pepper to taste. Make sure everything is cooked and no liquid is remaining. Add in blueberries and cinnamon to taste.

Around the rim: 1/4 banana quartered and cinnamon to taste.

lopezfamilyfood This was another meal i was really happy with this week....#lettucewraps or #healthytacos with: baked sweet potato spread on and seasoned first, sprinkle of ground beef, baked zuchini fries (coated in #grapenuts wheat flakes, olive oil, salt and pepper) and tomatoes. The sweet potato did an awesome job holding all this together! Really filling, satisfying meal

lopezfamilyfood Not very pretty but really delicious for this lenten Friday meal. Lets see...baked tilapia on a pile of zoodles, fresh pinto beans and some tomatoes. I'm not a fan of fish, but this was really good! I seasoned the tilapia with a lil real butter,salt, pepper and paprika. Then i crushed and sprinkled a couple handfuls of my fav cereal #grapenuts wheat flakes on top. Baked for thirty min. Yum!

Is your oatmeal disappointing you? Take this challenge and up your oatmeal to decadent levels. I liken my oatmeal to a honking fruit pie. This version is so flavorful and nutrient-rich your waistline and tastebuds will thank you. I typically will eat this after a workout and I am fueled for hours.

Layer everything in your bowl like a pie
Bottom Layer: Prepare a serving of Bob Red Mill 10 grain cereal. Add in 2 tbsp. peanut butter, fresh ground ginger, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (or to taste) and 1 tsp. vanilla.

Next Layer: Add 100g of liquid egg whites (season this layer with garlic salt, smoked paprika and black pepper to taste). Middle Layer: Spread a layer of thinly sliced Granny Smith apples and top with 1 tsp. vanilla, cinnamon and brown sugar to taste. Make sure everything is cooked and no liquid is remaining.
Top layer: Garnish with sunflower seeds, old-fashioned dry rolled oats, Grape Nuts cereal, raisins, pecans and Kind banana nut clusters.

You just had pie for breakfast.#winning
