  •   adidas1972 @maseyboy13 I've been running on and off for over 20 year. Done a few half marathons and then stopped around 5 year ago due to an injury. Then decided to start again last year but had a heart attack last may while running. Then by last summer I was back running 5 to 6 mile. Then slowed up over the winter as I'm a fair weather runner to be honest. And now the weather is improving, im back at it. How are you getting on with ya running? 1mon

I've only been doin 2 miles an evening average 9 miles a minute coz I felt that was MY pace but other nite pushed myself to 3 miles and now hurting like mad..I noticed your pace was slower BUT your went further..is key to run slower then dude? 1mon
  •   adidas1972 @maseyboy13 ya doing well m8 and everyone has to start somewhere. The key is to pace yourself at first. Build up to 6 mile but running as slow as possible. Then when you have got to 6 mile (or what ever distance you want to aim for) then slowly start to speed it it up. But speed it up slowly as that will prevent injury. Listen to your body. You might not notice your fitness but your body will start to let you do more. That's the good thing about run keeper. It allows you so see your improvement no matter how small.   •   maseyboy13 @adidas1972 dude makes perfect sense now so thank you and to be honest I think it's the music I'm listening to that makes me run faster lol silly I know but you do tend to run to the bpm of the music and I'm listen to hardhouse music which is average 180bpm... Need a new slower playlist me thinks lol thank you bud and I'll post my progress 1mon
