  •   ribicdejan To mila imas da kupis,nije skupa,izgled je spiralan,cuva se u teglama vecim ili cak buricima,treba joj vremena i prostora da se siri i uvecava.proces traje 2 nedelje,i najbolje je kada se pravi sa kifirom(ruski caj) a nasi ljudi prave i sa jogurtom.kako god zdravo je,i ne sme metal,samo drvo,kasika,varjaca,ili neki stap.odlicna je stvar,potice iz cernobila,iz neke bare,jedina je ona bila imuna na zracenje.cak i ameri upotrebljavaju za svoje specijalce. 10h
  •   darija_dzeletovic Stvarno? Hm, bas nisam pojma imala sta pijem. Iako pravim i kefir i kombuhu, ili ti napitak, sok od kombuhe. A nikada nisam razumela indirektne ljude. Pomislih da si glup ili slep jer vidis ambalazu i pakovanje, znaci da je kupovno, a onda pomislih i da si nametljiv. Jedan od onih koji se foliraju i pametuju, ili samo misle da znaju sve ili bar bolje od drigih. I izmedju ostalog gledaju i zakljucuju povrsno. A mimo svega toga.. clmnutrition Today: so overwhelming! But not as bad as the last few days leading up to it. I'm now as organised as I can be with my lessons, assessment and exam outlines and due dates. I have a diary and a massive wall calendar to help me keep track. Everything I started to learn today, I actually understood... From chemical and cellular levels of the body to the 11 'systems' of the anatomy - now just to hope it remains and I can progress. *hint* this is another learning mechanism... Anyway, day one: DONE! 13h
