My best friend ended up visiting this weekend and took up all of my time when I wasn't at work With that said, I have to admit, I ended up spiraling out of my diet and exercise routine and fell into my unfortunate binge of junk food. Mentally and physically, I feel like shit. Using this drained and tired feeling as a reminder of why I chose to be a healthier version of myself in the first place. crysstlpearll Just as I promised. Update on my abs!!! So I've incorporated an ab workout in between my sets so that I am able to work them out every day. Hit cardio twice a week for an hour. (If it's not Zumba it's the stair master) Had two cheat meals this week and I already feel a difference in my mid section. My tights don't feel so snug anymore around my waist and I can wear my shirts comfortably . It's been 11 days so far but progress has been made! #progress #abscomingsoon #motivationmonday 36min

Ingredients:
(Makes 6)
·1scoop @efectivnutri protein powder-vanilla flavour
·1banana
·1/4cup almond flour
·2tbsp coconut flour
·3tbsp peanut butter
·1/2tsp baking soda
·1egg
·1tbsp stevia*(optional)

In a bow mix protein powder, flours,backing soda and stevia.Blend the banana, peanut butter and the egg and add it to the dry ingredients.Bake for 15-20min. at 180C/350F.
