alowe_80 These pics make me laugh. That pic on the left about sums up my day.... Draining, FRAZZLED & hectic!! I can laugh now after a wine or two.... But I was ready to throw punches Felt like I was a cab driver! I think I was home for TEN MINUTES ONLY in between chauffeuring kids around.... I only had time for cardio (no weights).... That irritates me, but I'm trying to learn to deal with this never-ending chaos daily... Now feels like I'm ready for bed but a cheat meal including deconstructed peanut butter cheese cake has my name on it It is bloody amazing!! No wonder my ab-progress is slow-going this round. They're trying to break through, but the slightest bit of undisciplined behaviour & they're outty Life will calm down in one more month. I cannot wait. mariaohron En härlig morgon i #gymmet som började med en timmes #styrketräning med fokus på överkroppen och avslutades med lite #Intervaller#löpbandet, lugnare tempo pga astman, men ändå 10 ×2 min med 1 min vila med tempo mellan 12,5-14. Nöjd och glad. (fick även prova de nya skorna= ) A great morning in the #gym that started with one hour #strength, upper body -focus. And finished with #intervals on the #treadmill, a bit slower pace because of my asthma, but still got to do 10×2 min (pace 12,5-14) with 1 min rest in between. Happy girl!
