jackieopaleo Went for a nice walk with my pups and now feeling up to a workout ♡

I don't like working out to feel like more of a chore than something I choose to do for my own mental and physical well-being ! I rather take a physical rest day to mentally recoup or wait it out a little until I'm up for it. Of course there's days when I'm just being plain lazy and I actually do need to push myself a little to get moving. ;) Find your balance ♡

jackieopaleo Late post! Today's HIIT workout. For those that don't know what HIIT stands for: high intensity interval training :) I LOVE these workouts because they burn a TON of calories in a short amount of time!

So for example... 1 min squats jumps (as many as you can do and at YOUR highest level of intensity), short rest (30 secs), 1 min leg kicks left side, short rest, 1 min leg kicks right side, short rest, then 2 min squat shuffles, etc. My HIIT workouts are typically no more than 30-40 mins because they are such high intensity.
The workout goes by fast and you will still be burning calories even after your workout is over!!! Bottom right video that was cut off were pushups and then left side leg kicks!
