Dedication and discipline I started workout seriously about 11 months ago. My goals are lean and toned body; control my high blood pressure and healthy lifestyle. I workout 3 to 4 times per week for about 1 hour. I love body weight exercises and I can workout any where I want without proper gym equipment. I also love to eat but I try my best to control the portion and reduce my carb, sugar and salt intake. Drink a lot of water. I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life! 7h

kristinasgetfitjourney OK so I got the 21 Day Fix in the mail yesterday and am starting this weekend!! (Which I am krazy excited about and have been wanting to order for MONTHS!) I have been on Weight Watchers for a few months but financially it is more than I can afford to pay monthly and I'm wanting to try a new "for me", yet proven method of eating healthy, which is simple portion control and healthy food choices. No points values/counting. Has anyone tried the 21 Day Fix?? If so, do you have any pointers or advice? I have wanted to try this for so long and have heard/read nothing but positive feedback. My plan fitness wise is to continue doing my current gym routine 5-6 days per week while also doing my 21 Day Fix workouts each morning before work. They are only 30 minutes in length and I've heard countless times that separating your workouts and doing two a days maximizes your fat burn, PLUS it will jump start my metabolism for the day! I plan to do multiple rounds of this new program and to implement some parts of the program permanently going forward.   •   myfinalfifteen_ww I don't want to scare you! But the workouts are TOUGH. I was sore for the first two weeks straight, and I was already a regular exerciser. I also found the meal plan a little restrictive, but I don't know that I was doing it 100% right. I was such a starvin Marvin because of the intense workouts, too. So I found it a little hard to stick to on its own. I also didn't use Shakeology so maybe that made a difference. I really did like what I learned from the nutrition plan though, which is that I cannot eat massive amounts of fruit (it's limited to 2-4 servings on the plan) and also that starches should be reduced/replaced with veggies. Good luck! I do love the workouts, and still do them now almost a year after getting them! 3d

Lol I've heard Beach Body is great and they offer a "ton" of workout programs! @myfinalfifteen_ww Don't worry, you didn't scare me at all! Lol I greatly appreciate your honesty and thorough response! My body has become so much stronger over the past few months and mentally I'm not even the same person anymore so I am 100% up for the challenge! That's why I decided to do this, bc I need to switch things up a bit to see more consistent results! I'm really anxious to start now! 3d
