john_papp72 September 2014-April 18,2015. Upper left was at the peak of my bulk march 1st, defiantly don't feel as bloated, lol! Cut down a bit but stronger on every single lift! Currently sitting at about 169lbs +/- 2-3 lbs. Current P.Rs:
Back Squat- 355x2
Conventional Dead- 405x1
Barbell Bench- ???? Don't know, haven't went big lately. My guess around 250ish.
Barbell Overhead Press- 135x1

Goals
Back squat- 400x1
Conventional Dead- 500x1
Barbell Bench- 285x1
Barbell Ohp- 155x1

I WILL hit those numbers. Working on my weaknesses every day.
