Mo ‘Better Blues is deep, thoughtful, surprising and spicy. Maker’s Mark dressed of blues.
Ingredients: – 3 sprigs of mint – 3 drops of Droplets Green Cardamom – 1 cl of Falernum – 1 cl of Green Chartreause – 1.5 cl of Cynar – 6 cl of Maker’s Mark – 10 cl of Tamarindos juice – 1 cl of pink Grapefruit juice

Preparation:

Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass without ice and with crushed mint, instead. Mix and strain into a glass filled with ice. Use crushed ice for the top of the cocktail and decorate with a mixture of spices: pink peppercorns, star anise, green cardamom, berries, dill and a sprig of rosemary.
