This was interesting to say the least, I pulled this off last night before getting ready for bed . I had just finished some exercises and felt pretty #confident. I tried the stool , that was a disaster. I face planted several times. Lol. Didn't have my #blocks so improvised with my #kettlebell. I promise my foot is on my tricep, my knee is resting against the wall for a bit of extra support. This was fun once I figured out how to #twist myself. Thank you Richie, for giving an extra push 2h
