amyf222 Week 10 Day 2 of #10ktraining. Took #SkySky with me tonight on the new part of the #SwampRabbitTrail & through the graveyard. The plan called for 2.3 mile #temporun. I rounded it up to 3. it was so hot & humid; even at 8pm. 3. Side step touch+low side kick L
4. Side step touch+low side kick R
