Some tips I've learned from my nutritionist: grind seeds up instead of sprinkling them on whole in order to get their full benefits; freeze fruit beforehand so you can make a thicker consistency; nuts, nut butters, and whey protein powders all add protein; supplements for the day can be mixed in instead of taken on their own!
