"Carl - thank you, thank you, thank you for all your help in kicking my goats out of the paddock!

It was a neck and neck horse race into the last Mens Masters 60+ event and as always, HQ threw us a curve ball. This was the first time they've had the 60+ group do muscle ups and squat snatches at the Games, and not even at the beginning, but at the very end when we were all totally fried.

Being able to bang out the muscle ups was a key differentiator in this event and, in turn, the outcome of the Games.

Over the years, your progressions, along with your unique and nuanced movement coaching have completely transformed my approach to CrossFit and made a day like this possible!
And as always, you drive your athletes gently but relentlessly and serve up your expertise with an abundance of good humor and a big heart. I cherish your coaching and friendship!
