_natferrari Some people have asked, what is your goal? Easy! Good health, immune system and maintenance. Maintenance is key! For me it's a must to maintain not only healthy insides but healthy bf levels. It is the key to keeping 2 steps ahead of any hormonal condition. I listen to my body and rest when needed, but I also know when not to be lazy and neglect my body. I found my balance- this is different for everyone. I Have learnt this and gradually made it to this place of maintenence over time-no quick fix. The more time and care taken-the longer the body will work for you in a positive way. It's such a help to have a supportive partner in times where motivation is lacking, but overall you must want this for yourself. I'm not perfect, nor an expert, but learning from experience I have a lot I can give to those unsure if they are battling a hormonal condition or know that they are. If you are questioning symptoms, see your GP ask questions and go from there.
