Regardless of which type you are, you could greatly benefit from a big glass of water first thing in the morning ️ Get your body going and hydrated after your 7-8 hour slumber Make it the first thing that hits your empty stomach in the morning Drink it before your shower (and possibly after, as hot showers can be dehydrating), before you get dressed, and before you make breakfast/coffee I have found, from my own experience, that I guarantee myself I will have this big drink if I pour it the night before and bring it into my room. That way it's right there in the morning, and I can quickly down it before my shower with little to no effort from my possibly-groggy body A little effort the night before, with big benefits the next morning It's foolproof! greenandgarbanzo GOOOOOOD MORNING, VIETNAAAAM (er, Instagram) ️I'm on the second last day of my 12-day stretch at work, and with the morning off I am SO RESTED ️ I love when I don't have to rush to work in the morning Taking it slow, drinking my morning litre of water slowly (instead of chugging it), watching an awesome TED talk, cleaning the kitchen, starting some laundry, still wearing my house coat and pjs... And this smoothie I'm determined to make this four hours before work productive [1.5c rolled oats (soaked in some almond milk), 2c spinach (but you wouldn't guess it, right?! Spinach is magical that way ), 2 bananas, 1.5c frozen blueberries, juice of 1 lime, 1 thumb of ginger, 1 frozen packet of wheatgrass, 2tbs hemp hearts, 2tbs flax seeds, 1 Vit D, 1 Vit B12, almond milk] 5h
