megameows 1 week difference >> if you think you can't see progress in a week, think again! It may not be a huge difference, but obliques are more visible and abdominal separation as well - these are both unflexed #ab shots I am really excited about the changes I have been eating like I usually have (80/20 • #macrofree • intuitive eating ), working out 6 days/week 2-3 cardio sessions no longer than 10-15 minutes at a time, weight training 45-60 minutes a session depending on if I do cardio or not I do not take fat burners. The only supplements I will take are @cellucor whey protein, BCAAs, and Preworkout occasionally I have been a little more active on the job from training, but overall nothing has changed! Cleaned up my intake just a bit and drinking more water it is possible to achieve what you want without micromanaging your diet and/or endless cardio for those of you who don't know my story, you can check out my blog I can relate to so many of you who are working on becoming more healthy and fit. javligtgott Ett av mina små matintressen är att vegetarianisera köttrecept som vi får när vi då och då beställer hem en matkasse. Den hör gången från MatHem som vi fick rabatt hos. Ost och äppelfyllda färsbiffar som jag gjorde kall bearnaisesås till och stekt potatis.
De flesta färsbiffar verkar vara ganska enkla att byta kött mot quornfärs. Man får bara tillsätta lite extra vätska, en del ströbröd och lite potatismjöl också.
