michelle_abud_ Postre o merienda perfecta, con solo 100 calorías. Esto es gelatina, gel de chia y manzanas de gala.
Ingredientes:
*Para la gelatina:
1 sobrecito de gelatina sin sabor
Jugo de 1granada (aplastas las semillas en un colador. Puedes sustituir por el sabor que desees)
1 sobrecito de Stevia o splenda
1 1/2 tz de agua

La preparan como cualquier otra gelatina. A la nevera hasta que endurezca y listo. *Para el gel de chia:
1/2 tz de leche de almendras
1 cda de semillas de chia
1/2 cda de coco rayado deshidratado
Canela y vainilla negra a gusto
1 sobrecito de stevia o splenda

Lo dejas reposar una o dos horas y tendrás un gel espeso por las semillas de chia y la hidratacion del coco. Yo lo dejo en la nevera porq me gusta frio. Ya solo es armar. Yo le puse manzanas, pero con fresas debe quedar aun mas rico. Se me ocurre que una combinación rica tambien podria ser guineo / banana.
