healthyfoodi3 The most amazing almond cookies ever! . 1 cup almonds blended
1/4 cup cup organic honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
2 tablespoons of coconut flour
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup dark chocolate drops
Directions: .
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line 2 baking trays with baking paper .
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl .
Refrigerate the mix for 10min .
Use 2 tablespoons for each cookie and place it on the tray then squash into a circle. .
Once all dough is used Bake for 10 to 15min

renata9207 Food 'prep' is not the norm in my house these days but with the school holidays about to be over AND with heading back to work next week I thought I better prep some protein basics for lunch this week. On the menu - Mexican lean mince bulked up with zucchini, baby tomatoes, carrot and chopped up broccolini. This can be either eaten on its own, put in a wrap, eaten with veg, eaten with rice, eaten with salad....whatever really! And when cooked in bulk can also be frozen. #KEEPINGITSIMPLE
