Don't look at any carbonated drinks (soda etc )

Don't worry about those who don't understand why you calorie count

Don't let anyone tell you...you can't do it...or that it's hard..just say I know..that's why I do it!

Don't lose focus of your goal

Don't fall for all the traps set for us to be unhealthy (fast food)

Don't blame me for your results no coming fast enough

REMINDER FACT: you can't out work a bad diet!
