hipfitclub Almost 1 week out from finishing the 3 day Refresh and I'm down another pound. It's not about the weight for me. I want to lose body fat and gain lean muscle. Some may say shred, but I'm not that serious....I don't think! Having a crazy first half of the year and having what I thought was a torn bicep muscle really got me off track. I'm totally refocused and doing the Refresh really helped me do that. People want to know what happens after the refresh. Well...that is up to YOU! Is like to help guide you to eating healthier, but again that's starts with you. I've added about 600 calories back in, if not a little more. The refresh states it's about a 900 calorie a day plan ((REMEMBER THIS IS A CLEANSE, and that's normal, if not high for cleanse. I'm refocused on feeding myself foods that make me feel good and energized. I'm refocused on my goals. Are you ready to give it a try??
