shrawr H20 That's the goal this week Tend to not drink enough of the pure stuff. Doesnt take a genius to reallise I need to reduce my caffeine and sweetner intake for sure So 2 of these a day are going down This week I've got to get back in the game, slacked on macros, not been strict with my cardio, and let my emotions get the better of me! berrry_sw Now this is the reason I joined #slimmingworld !! The picture on the left was in Portugal, September 2015 - this picture makes me feel sick looking at it.... How did j let myself get that big??? 1 stone 10 lbs (ish, maybe more) down and I now look like the picture on the right.   •   marjan_yoga You will be there in no time. It's really all about learning how to control through balance & strength, while also being really patient with yourself. jennlifts Just demolished a ridiculous outdoor workout with The Kasurak attaaack. I could not be more tired. I actually thought I was going to vomit all over haha. But i pushed through and tested my limits and found some weaknesses.
We did 3 rounds of weighted sprints with superset of walking lunges (5), then push press (5) continuous to the end of the turf.
