rebekkagetsfit Today i broke down. Today I cried because I'm not strong enough. Today I hit a low point. But today, I smiled through it because I'm stronger than it. Today I pushed myself harder knowing I will be better. Today I pictured myself happy and realized I'm doing what makes me happy. My life is falling apart at the moment. But that's okay, I can make it through it all.

willbeck30 It's been awhile since I have posted a progression pic. The one of the left is before the new program I've been doing, and the one on the right is after week 6! This program I started my cutting phase, but I have also broke some personal records! I'm happy with the way it's going but I have keep going and push myself harder. Anyone one can achieve greatness. Vegetables are an extremely important part of a healthy balanced diet, however some vegetables are high in sugar and just don’t cut it nutritionally.
