corporate.coconut Woohoo I felt STRONG today! No doubt that progress pic may have had something to do with it! Done with Week 7 Full Body with the following progress: managed to complete 40 an bikes in a row without breaks or profanities 😇 I must have good form during bent leg raises as I can really feel the burn now! I could literally do burpees all day long - love them!! I can, however, not for the life of me keep me legs straight during straight leg raises - is it muscles (back and/or legs) or flexibility I am lacking? 🤔 Enjoy your Friday! 4min
