ashgirl_strength Lately I've been feeling very inspired by the ladies on IG who are promoting self-love and acceptance no matter where your body is at so here I am! No six pack. No filter. Post breakfast. I lift heavy five times a week. I am training for LIFE. I have no interest in competing (although I admire the hell out of people who do).I eat clean foods but I also treat myself ( yesterday it was Oreos ). I believe in balance. I believe in health. I believe in self love. Does that mean I don't have days where I struggle with body image? Absolutely not. But I make a conscious effort to accept my body for where it is. I don't let abs define me. melinamrb Not feeling too great today. Might have pushed myself more than I originally thought. Maybe it's just a stomach bug, not too sure. But crossing my fingers it goes away! addictedtoendorphins 1451 calories 51 calories over today. I hate eating into my burned calories but that pulled pork is something else. Such a shame meat is soo high in calories but it's protein and I won't get fat from that !

Lunch: disgusting beef and vegetable mess Uggh wasted calories !! And peanut butter

Tea: BBQ Pulled pork with veggies and potato pockets (potato croquettes with baked beans in the middle )
Desert: 14 giant milky way buttons
