run.squat.lift Ahhhh!! I'm late for #transformationtuesday!! I've been so busy the whole day with school work that I haven't had time for myself aside from my workout this morning! Anyways, this is my transformation from week 1 to the end of week 10 of BBG. I am now currently on week 11. I'm slowly but surely toning up!! Did you modified some exercises? I'm asking you because I have a problem in my meniscus and that made me put the bbg on hold. 3h
  •   run.squat.lift @mirycarr aw thank you girl! and I used to have knee injury on both knees. I messed them up due to improper footwear. I have flat feet and the shoes I wore before didn't have good support for my feet, which took a toll on my knees. When I had my knee injury, I took about 2 weeks off of any form of exercise and got back into it when they were better. I don't do any modifications and I still use a knee band to support my patella though when I workout. My advice for you is to take a break until you feel as though your knees can handle exercising again and then modify the exercises, like let's say for jump squats, just take out the jumps or raise both of your knees up one by one and then squat. I think you should definitely keep being active by doing LISS, such as walking or doing any form of light cardio even if you're putting BBG on hold to keep your physical activity up UNLESS your knees are in pain. I fully rested for the 2 weeks during my knee injury with no physical activity at all. Listen to your body. I'm not a personal trainer or anything like that though, but this is just my advice. 2h
