jessi_vegan Today's glutes and quads session was mandatory! Before I used to workout out glutes 3x's a week ~ Now, just once a week. My current goal is to grow bigger quads, delta and lats. For those wondering when's my next competition... well, I've decided to take 2yrs off to focus in school, which starts June 6 #byesociallife, and transforming my body to figure.
