adonis_fit Happy #flexfriday gang. I had a 630am #crossfit session. Maxed on back squat and did a METCON centered around max thrusters. Got 96 reps in 15 rounds! Missed my goal of 100 sadly Just hit shoulders for strength with a new Greek lifting bro. Shoulders are feeling like mountain boulders. I have #powerlifting tonight at 630pm. No class today. Just work 11-4. So. After watching @stevecook_32 video today and realizing how much more I like this stuff. I've made a final decision. I'M NEVER STEPPING ON STAGE AGAIN. Yeah. Not my cup of tea. What good is looking #aesthetic for 10 seconds on stage going to do me? I'd rather be "functionally fit" in the words of @marcmegna I want to compete in CF local comps some day and learn more about powerlifting. The coaches I have now are really great and I'm looking forward to learning so much more! Have a good Friday guys! Do something generous today. Go out of your way to do one good deed. tischendorf_fitness Place 3 to 4 small, achievable, timely goals for yourself every month. Such has lose a pound, lose quater inch around your waist, new 1 rep max, increased flexibility, no cheat meal, clean ate for 2 weeks straight... And so on. They don't even have to be fitness related. But they do have to help motivate you to be a healtheir, happier version of yourself.
The goals help push you just a little further. One more rep, few more steps.. before you know it you crushed 3 months of small goals and conquered a massive goal you denied could be possible.
