ck_mason A little barbell complex to end the day: 6 reps high pull, 6 reps snatch high pull, 6 reps back squat push press, 6 reps good mornings and 6 reps bent over row. Do this 4 times without putting the bar down. Ouch. Huge shout out to my barbell partner @jdawgsxf for always pushing me to do more, thank you, but not really haha. 11min

burios Back & Bis today killing the body beast workouts one day at a time I have a little over a week left to complete the program I've never felt as strong as I do right now and although I've had a couple bad months with my nutrition and my progress isn't where it could be im not beating myself up over it! I'm definitely not the same girl that started this journey a couple years ago a setback is just a little hump on this journey it's been touch but well worth some people still don't understand and never will to them I'll always be on "a diet" and I'm ok with that because I know this is my life and just like anything else there will be good and bad days and failures and struggles as well as success and I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm thankful for everyone that's inspired me and for Beachbody for changing my life 10min

sheyfit Dinner tonight is ️pumpkin chili turkey meatloaf muffins (recipe by @pbeechie ️) and 170g broccoli with organic dijon mustard I used to absolutely hate mustard, but now I have it basically everyday I feel like I've been kinda MIA lately, but school is getting crazy and just life in general! Yesterday my coach told me about a huge photographer coming to the cities area who does photo shoots for fitness magazines and suggested I sign up so of course I talked to my mom about it and even though it's insanely expensive, she told me to do it and I could not be more thankful for her support So the end of January cannot come soon enough ALSO, a local photographer needed a "fit female" model for a client and his advertising, so I contacted him and he said I'd be perfect for it plus it's paid so this upcoming Saturday I have that photoshoot..which means Thanksgiving for this girl probably won't mean stuffing myself until I can't move I suppose that's a good thing though On top of all that and finishing up the semester, I am taking my exam on Monday for my CPT so hopefully I pass so I can start training and making some money again Okay so that's my life, just thought I would keep everyone updated and make sure you know I love you all and keep on working hard through the end of your semesters/schooling as well as stay on top of those workouts and fueling your body with the goods! 13min
