So happy it's a back squat day!! New 5 RM 75 kg!!! Woot!!! I tell the women I work with to stop worrying about what they look like and start focusing on getting strong . If you cannot squat your own body weight as a woman you got some work ahead of you .

kdfitspiration I have woken up today full of energy and feeling great.
Thank you so much to everyone who reached out to me yesterday with understanding and kindness.
It feels silly now to have gotten upset over a number on a scale when I have made so much progress.
It was a lesson for me that I need to let go of the thinking that if I get my weight to a certain number my body will look the way I want it too.
No more scales for these muscles ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

toptrainersworkouts Client asked to work lower abs so here's an unconventional routine to work lower abs...she performed 50 hanging leg raises then this video ( 25 roll outs > 10 push ups w leg lift each side > 45 degree leg circles 10 each way) then she performed the previous video I showed here on ig for only a minute (5 jumping squat w 15 lb, 5 burpees, 10 mountain climbers) but replaced stars with 5 burpees all the way down to ground and push up hard to land into squat ! She repeated entire program again and then did this >>1/4 mile sprint then did 5 sets x 5 reps of heavy curls w DBS breathing out hard to work abs followed by 1 set failure curls with lighter weight>> then she did 30 or so leg raises from 90 degrees to 1 inch off ground and when at 1 inch she opened legs out 6 inches then brings back together and back up to 90 degrees feet pointed always and I push her feet down and she resist on bottom before opening them back up..finish with trying to do 20 burpees under minute going all the way down to ground.
