flipflopluvrgrl 40.79 miles. Boom! It is taking a big adjustment not hitting my daily 10K steps but still super happy to be surpassing my 35 mile a week goal thanks to weekend hiking. Going back to work has been a real adjustment in so many ways.

chelseytfit I'm going to go off on a little tangent about my FitBit Pro because I absolutely love it! It's really helpful to see the amount of exercise you get everyday as well as track food and water intake and sleep. It's so clear to see how your health and mental/physical sharpness can increase when you get the correct amount of each. Before getting a FitBit I never truly knew how many steps I took, sets of stairs I walked up, or how many active minutes I had. Visually seeing this information has changed the way that I plan my days and has made me more conscious about my physical fitness. For me, my fitness journey is about bettering myself in all aspects of my life and becoming a happier and healthier person. For me, fitness is an outlet and a state of total balance. It is having a healthy mind, body, & spirit to allow you to maximize your potential and help others do the same. Anyways.. so I love my FitBit and that's the end of my spiel! 2min

I have always been labelled the "small and skinny" girl that looks like she wouldnt eat much. Watch me in a day at work and you will be proved wrong. I will be the girl eating a steak while all other girls at the table have salad. 2. I have high hopes and aspersions. I am always looking to better myself in all aspects, work career, hobbies, you name it. 3. None of my family, friends know about this account. This account is anonymous but as a way to connect with a fitness community and keep myself motivated and accountable. 4. I never had a passion for fitness but now i love it and i crave my early morning workouts. It was not easy to do a first but i made a routine and stuck to it. 5. Following from 4, i crave structure.
