jennyjfitness Uh what!?!? 1 week into my weightlifting regimen and I see ab definition I've never seen before! Different workout, different diet, different results. Wanna know something crazy too!? I've completely STOPPED doing cardio, weight lifting 6 days a week, eating 2,000 calories, and 50% of my diet is CARBS!!!! Say what!? Why was I doing fitness wrong my entire life? I must say... I think I'm in 1w

Mind you, just remember to stretch, stretch, stretch.....drink plenty of water, use a foam roller often, and if possible get a good massage every other week. If not just consistently use that roller and stretch! TRUST ME!!!! 6d

jennyjfitness Just a snippet of my message that I posted on my Facebook (we can totally be friends there too Facebook.com/JennyJfitness), but really...why be so focused on a number on a scale? It doesn't define how much muscle you have or how your clothes fit or how confident and sexy you feel!!! Wouldn't you rather look AMAZING in a bikini but the scale reads 5-10lbs heavier because u have awesomely defined muscles!? Stop focusing on the number, and focus on how you want to feel!!!!
