    Tomatoes (cut in big sizes)
    Spring onions / onions (regular sized cut in half)
    Ginger
    Camote tops (but they dont have it here so i used KANGKONG)
    Squash, eggplant, okra
    Fish of your choice
    Salt
    Optional: sili

    1. Put tomatoes, onions, ginger in a pot of water then boil.
    2. Once boiling, add fish.
    3. After around 3mins, add squash, eggplant and okra in this order.
    4. Once veggies softened, turn the fire off, add camote tops or kangkong then season with salt. 2h
