_farmerjohn_ Little update on the Ficus Auriculata 'Elephant ear fig tree'. Over 4ft tall now started from a stick back in February. Quite a fast growing tree.

elektrasteel A customer spotted my Geo Vase at the @craftcouncil show a few weeks ago, and asked if I could make one that's twice as big. Challenge accepted! I'm digging this jumbo size! 4h

hummanna Back with the Sweetie. She was quite pissed we had left her with the "abuelos" for so many days. #pocuna #jaen #innerpatio #ficus #theSweetie 13h

scottostewart Our Ficus Lyrata has been with us for 6 months and seems to be doing well, with new leaves and a lot of growth! Pretty excited to have managed to keep a house tree happy Have raised the spectrum of plants, fungi, and animals, but this guy had me a little skeptical at first. #ficus #ficuslyrata #science #nature #fiddleleaffig 13h
  •   noellenicolai Mine is dying! What are your tricks?! 6h
  •   scottostewart @noellenicolai from my research the most common issues are over or under watering, insufficient light, or drafty placement! Watering should be once or twice a week, when the top inch of soil gets totally dry- that you kinda have to get a feel for. Otherwise, just make sure it has a lot of indirect light and resist the urge to mess with it too much! I wipe the leaves off every two or three weeks with a damp cloth and they always look perkier in the few days afterwards. Drafts can make them drop leaves! That's all that we have had to do- closed the AC vent above the tree and put it by a window that gets good sun most of the day. I hope that helps! We have to repot next spring, so hopefully I don't kill it in the process 5h
