  •   meynard_sy Next time you do these don't go all the way up keep them straight out in front of you and keep your elbows stationary. Go a little bit slower and when you extend your arms straight flex the muscle. You might end up having to drop weight like a lot of people. 1mon

  •   meynard_sy Tone your shit and build lean muscle you'll look way better. I think it's 1.5gs of protein per body lb. I drank two shakes a day in between meals to keep my protein intake up. Make sure you consume protein everyday even if you aren't working out and EAT CLEAN. You'll notice in about a month or so. 1mon
