We did a circuit of 3 sets of 18 dips, 3 sets of 18 incline #skullcrushers, and last but not least 3 sets of 18 pressdowns. Added #droppause in there when needed and kept on pushing! #tricepday is #LoganKelley favorite... What's yours?

getting_fit_x Sorry it took me so long to post my workout haha! Been crazy busy today with finals and everything.. so today was #upperfix which is my #favoriteworkout . I tried the resistant band because i thought it was going to be harder but it was around the same, so I opted for weights. Getting pretty good at those push ups! Hopefully I'll be able to do more soon!

mindofcreativo Did #chest today, remember when your doing chest workouts as stupid as this may sound u want to feel it on ur chest the most cause the workouts will feel like ur working on your arms as well but just keep in mind when lifting the weights try to squeeze your chest together and try to feel it when ur pulling it apart as well, good way to feel it is by having a wide grip on the bars and pressing the weights closer together when doing free weight presses cause u will feel ur chest tightening together.
