As I endeavour further into my study of nutrition and experience with clients I am becoming more and more passionate about nutrition and good foods. Here are my 3 tips:
1. READ the labels and ingredients- if you don't know the ingredients are your body won't know either. Things like muesli bars, protein bars etc. may seem healthy and be advertised as healthy but don't be tricked up
2. Plan and organise! In this photo is some 'meal prep' such as cooked quinoa, cut up vegetables, weighed and sorted meats etc. I also write out my meals for the week and shop from this (also helps save money)
3. Balance! 80-90% of your eating has to be clean and healthy but don't forget your human and life happens.
