Decaf coffee (cause I can't hang with the caffeine at night), PB crackers, & a perfectly weighed 15 grams of Biscoff spread. It's the simple things.

devs_fitstagram Hey guys sorry for the lack of posts today I've been so busy I can barely think straight But ice cream fixed everything especially when it fits in your macros 1 c no sugar added vanilla ice cream topped w protein pudding, 1 crushed cookie dough Oreo, Walden Farms chocolate syrup, 1 tbsp @peanutbutterco White Chocolate Wonderful and ff whipped cream that's not pictured So since I have a second I think I'll catch ya guys up Long story short, two weeks ago yesterday I went to the dermatologist and was told I have this skin disease (for lack of a better word) that I now have prescribed body wash for so I've been in the process of controlling that and tanning surprisingly is suppose to help so YA ️ Tomorrow I FINALLY go to the gastrointestinal specialist to see what's up with my stomach bc I got all kinds of issues whenever I eat, etc so I'm kind of excited/nervous to finally find out! Aside from my crazy health issues I've been counting macros now for about 2-3 weeks and this week I upped them a tad. I'm really liking it and I find it easier for me and it works. Yes I still have bad days and get discouraged but I look past that and push forward ️ I got to try the @krushbars finally as well and I'm still deciding how much I like them. The mint chip was BOMB but the birthday cake was so gross (in my opinion) the other two I have tried were choc chip cookie and French toast which I enjoyed both. I have another hectic day ahead of me tomorrow but I just wanted to fill you guys in on ma life 😛😛 My workout from yesterday is posted in my previous post and today's will be below ️ Oh! And I will not be doing the 20 facts about me bc I just did it not too long ago soooo if ya wanna know look back in my feed Good night my loves! 2h
