breakfastxgreens Happy Saturday🏻️ SO grateful for a sunny long weekend ahead. Here's a picture from my pancakes you can make in 5 minutes . 2 eggs, 2 heaped tsp of coconut flour, a dash of almond milk and you can always add in some vanilla extract or change up the recipe to make it sweet / savory. Yum 🏻 I fry mine in a little bit of coconut oil and top with bananas and cinnamon.
Sometimes mid cooking, I'll add some peanut butter and fold it so the peanut butter cooks in between

zfitnesslife Put together this full day of eating from a couple days ago🏼This is a typical work day for me when I workout after work! Meal: 3/4 cup of proats with peanut butter. Snack: Orange and a few grapes. Meal : Whole wheat turkey & spinach wrap, cottage cheese, and carrots. Snack: Salted caramel @lunabar Meal: Post-workout meal. Here it's spaghetti and asparagus, but it's really whatever my family is eating. Snack: Greek yogurt and m&ms🏼If I've got protein, veggies, and some chocolate in there I know it was a good day Tomorrow is my long cardio workout morning🏼 Happy weekend 3h
