somieom A #throwback to my shape in my first year of weight lifting (2012) . I think this is what most girls would consider "toned". I've had girls tell me they want to "tone up" but don't want to "build muscles", but the truth is, you are referring to the same idea - that you want to build lean muscles and possibly lower your overall body fat mass. I don't look anywhere near muscular in these pictures, but you will be surprised that I was still busting my #BabyMuscles even then with weights everyday! alexferraro20 MEAL PREP! It's so important. If you're constantly on the go or if you're always making the excuse to not be healthy, start with meal prep/planning. I'm not saying you have to make and plan EVERY single meal. I'm in college and it's just simply not practical for me to do that. On Sunday, here's what I did that has made my life easier:
chopped up bananas and froze them for my shakeology this week (great way to get fruit flies off the counter!) made 2 fairly large chicken breasts that will give me 3 dinners or a lunch this week. made one turkey & cheese sandwich that will be my lunch for 2 days. put my hummus in a to-go container for a week
portioned out some grapes and carrots for snacks chopped some strawberries for breakfast.

So you don't have to make every meal, but every little bit helps!! And once you get into the routine, it becomes a normal part of your Sunday. 🏼
