nicthorburn Reached a personal best in the month that I have been training with @daniwightman by squatting 50kg today. To some people, that might be a small weight, but for myself having only done cardio for the past year and a half, this is a pretty decent effort. Those who have known me quite some time will know that I was quite into my running and lost 24kg last year. Recently, I have introduced weights into my training with @daniwightman 3 times a week and am really loving it. Anybody that is looking for a trainer shouldn't look any further. She truly knows how to push you to be the best that you possibly can and understand your body, as well as what you put into it. I am literally astounded with the results I have achieved by introducing weights into my workout with Danielle in the past month and cannot wait to see where it takes me. Only the beginning .. 🏻 9h

tennishealthfitness If you don't like eating pancakes for dinner, then I don't think we can be friends🏼 Last meal before I head off to Europe (!!!) is a good one- coconut maple pancakes [recipe coming soon!] topped with greek yogurt + raspberries + blackberries! I'm planning on posting a little while I'm in Europe, but I'm really going to try and sock up the once in a lifetime experience I'm about to have. That being said, if I eat anything insta-worthy, you can bet I'll be talking about it 12h

morganintraining Did another light lift today 🏽 was feeling really unmotivated and was going to rest this evening, but glad I forced myself into the weight room! I'm not the most knowledgable about lifting, and I still have A LOT to work on with my form, but I have to start somewhere! justang_r6 As the days get closer the harder it gets, the cravings get worse and the less energy you have that's why I always find it important to meal prep and organize all my meals to help keep me on track.....but the one thing that keeps me going every morning is knowing that this will all pay off the day of my competition.....never give up, keep fighting and prove everyone one that said you couldn't do it wrong 😈

morganintraining My calves have been KILLING me these past couple of days and I think it might've been the impact from running so much on the track. ALMOST considered take the day off and resting them, but I need to get myself into the habit of pushing through when I'm feeling lazy, so I got my ass up and drove to the community gym and worked 30 minutes on the elypticall. SOO happy I chose to do the elypticall instead of take the day off because it really stretched out my calves and was just what I needed. Every minute I changed resistance from 8 to 10 to 12 then back to 10 to 8. This help keep my motivation and intensity up! Super proud of myself for pushing through my laze and getting some cardio in!
