En av øvelsene på mitt program er roing. Dette er en del av supersett med pushups og ett bens hip thrust. Jo lengre ned man tar slyngen, jo tyngre blir det!
I og med jeg har fått den verste kinken i nakken så måtte jeg stå over dagens trening. Det er noe dritt når slike ting skjer. Blir bevisst på hvor heldig jeg er som er 100% frisk ellers! Dette går over og jeg er straks på trening igjen! ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈

Have a go at this exercise: Start with a resistance band under your front foot, make sure your pelvis is facing forwards and lean your body weight forwards so that you're bent forwards slightly. Keeping the elbows narrow, bend the arms and squeeze the shoulder blades together. For added challenge, lift the back foot off the floor and balance in that position. 1d

gemma_macpherson Build-a-Butt Workshop: Bridge with Band on Bosu.

1. Lie on the ground with a bosu in front of you. Place your heels in the center of the bosu. Move your butt close to the bosu.
2. Place a resistance band across your hips and hold it down with your hands. Make sure it's tight enough to feel resistance.
3. Engage your abs, push through your heels, and raise your hips up, squeezing your glutes at the top of the move. Lower back down to the ground and repeat.

Do 15-20 reps - 3-4 sets. I like to superset this move with a heavier Glute exercise like a barbell squat. By the time you get to this move, your glutes will be on fire. This move also helps to activate the glutes.
