Finishing up the gym week strong, today is my 6th day, legs and abs, adding weight to your legs will definitely build a more defined core, continue to challenge yourself, you are definitely capable greatness, believe in yourself put in the work and results will come.

oh_my_vegan Smoothie bowls are my true love in life!! No better way to start the day I'm quite a creature of habit and I never really experiment much with my smoothies sticking with the basic berry/banana combo but today I went with bananas, dates, spinach, kale, oats and water topped with homemade muesli, figs and strawberries, too good!
