freshvisiontohealthandfitness ️Italian Herb Shrimp Alfredo️ -Ingredients- -3 Tbsp coconut oil
-1/2 medium onion, diced
-1 clove garlic, minced
-2 Tbsp arrowroot
-1.5 Tbsp Italian seasoning
-14oz can coconut milk
-1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper
-1 lb shrimp -Directions-

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook four minutes or until tender. Sir together arrowroot, seasoning, and coconut milk. Whisk mixture into skillet. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly, reduce heat to medium. Stir in salt, pepper, and shrimp; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. ️Zucchini Cauli-Rice️ -Ingredients- -12oz bag of cauliflower florets -2 Tbsp coconut oil
-1/2 medium onion, chopped
-2 zucchini, cut into 1/4 inch rounds
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper
-1/4 cup chicken broth -Directions-
Pulse florets in a food processor until rice like consistency. Melt oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and zucchini; cook five minutes or until tender. Add garlic, salt, and pepper; cook two minutes. Stir in cauliflower and chicken broth; cover and cook 15 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.

Serve Italian herb shrimp Alfredo over Zucchini Cauli-Rice!!! Yum!!! Kid approved! 🏻🏻
