eatnutritiously Creamy 1-ingredient Banana Ice Cream.
1) Blend frozen bananas until thick and creamy using a blender or food processor (food processor works best).
2) Transfer to an air-tight container and freeze until solid.
3) Scoop out, add toppings and enjoy!

Mix-in ideas: Sprinkle with cinnamon, stir in vanilla or add toppings like chocolate chips, honey or nut butter.
Tips:
Make sure the bananas are ripe when you freeze.
Don't freeze the banana in the peel.
Freeze bananas for at least 2 hours. (Ideally overnight)
1 frozen banana makes enough for 1-2 servings
Break up the banana into smaller chunks while blending.
You can also eat it right away out of the food processor, but it will be quite soft. It'll be more like ice cream if you freeze it afterwards

Normal Eat Nutritiously
eatnutritiously Creamy Mexican Hot Chocolate

1 cup milk (I used cashew milk)
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Dash of cayenne
Teaspoon vanilla
Raw honey (to taste)

1) heat a few tablespoons of milk in a small pot.
2) add in cocoa and spices. Whisk well until it forms a paste.
3) add in remaining milk
4) stir in honey and vanilla

I frothed it at the end and added a dash of cinnamon.
