The return of the one-pan meal. Salmon cut into cubes pan fried with a teensy bit of sesame oil and honey, stir fried asparagus and cherry tomatoes. That's it. Easy peasy.

As we approach HHN4 opening night (two more days, y'all!!), I refuse to let the mad hours and crazy workload mess up my clean eating and trainings. I had to sacrifice yoga nights but I've shifted my lifting trainings to morning sessions. To unholy hours like 8am lol! It's ok though, I'll always try to plan my life around my workouts as much as I can.

Oh and here's a fun fact for you, exactly 1 year ago, on 30 September 2013, I started eating clean, and I'm still at it. carly_ed_ Breakfast.~87kcal. Grapefruit,plums and one crispbread with cucumber and tomato I think I'm not going to eat Lunch or anythinf til 4pm,so I won't post anything til evening. In school there is an organisation,it begins at 10am and ends at 4pm. The pupils are playing football. And I like football a lot So I will go there and watch.
