mamaloves2eatprayrun My prego version of #bulletproofcoffee! Still have a bit of a queasy tummy in the mornings so breakfast has been a struggle. Today I felt like trying something different (have not been wanting coffee flavor at all with this pregnancy) to try and help boost my energy a little. My version has decaf brewed coffee, a scoop of vanilla protein powder, Tbsp coconut oil, 1/2C unsweetened almond milk, tsp cinnamon. Blended together and drank half with my light breakfast (saving the other half for an afternoon pick me up). I'm not to the point of adding ghee, not that adventurous just yet, but I really enjoyed mine this morning. Bonus? Tummy was settled, no nausea, and I felt satiated which helped me avoid that bag of homemade chocolate chip cookies on my counter...for now
