Polentový koláč s jarní cibulkou

Potřebujeme
5 ks jarní cibulky
150g polenty
750 ml vody
1 strouzenek cesneku
200g ricotta
100ml smetana ke šlehání
1 ks vejce
sůl
pepř
Olivový olej na zakápnutí

Přivedeme k varu vodu, přidáme rozmačkaný česnek, pepř a polentu, vaříme 3 minuty dokud se polenta nevstřebá a nezhoustne, mezitím ricottu promícháme se smetanou a vejcem a přidám na drobno nasekany jeden kus jarni cibulky, osolime, opeprime a promichame, na plech vylozeny pecicim papirem zformujeme z polenty asi 2 cm vysoky plat, na nej naneseme ricottovou smes a navrstvime nakrajene svazky cibulek, peceme pri 220 C asi 10-15 minut.

sydneymarie.fit BODY IMAGE. Lately I've been feeling a lot of pressure to change my body and for all the wrong reasons. Over the past few months and semester, I have been unhappy, unhealthy, and in desperate need of change. I'm not happy with my appearance and I am ashamed of it, but it's time to get a healthier mindset!
I'm ready to get back to focusing on myself for myself. I get lost in who I should be for others, or how I should look for others, nothing involving how I feel or healthy actions. I need to make a change and I know this community can help me be inspired, motivated, make healthy decisions, and overall get me back to feeling happy and healthy again! I want to make sure that this time I do it for me, and in a sustainable way!

hzleyz Workout isn't happening today. Been a loooong day which ended with 3hrs at urgent care with my 5yo and an allergic reaction to antibiotics she was on. I will do #day11 tomorrow morning to catch up for #bbmc5 as its 11pm and we got home not that long ago. But had this AMAZINGLY good salad from @chikfila_ today. Their new #southwestsalad is delicious! I topped mine with their avocado lime dressing (small amount, that stuff can stack on the calories!). But seriously. It was so so yummy and very easy to potentially replicate back at home! beginwiths Ini sarapan sehatku pagi ini. 4 keping biskuit @oatbitsku setara 90 cal dan segelas yoghurt plain tawarnya @good_yoghurt_factory setara 150-an cal yang ditambah gula 0 cal dari @diabetasol_id. Aku memang gak konsumsi gula pasir lagi, eh kalaupun konsumsi aku batasi sehari maksimal 30 gram (batas maks konsumsi gula 50 gram/hari). Keluargaku punya riwayat diabetes memang, jadi harus jaga-jaga banget.

Akhir bulan anak kost harus hemat jadi gak beli buah dulu. Alternatif sarapan sehat lainnya ya cuma biskuit oat Sebenernya bisa bikin biskuit oat sendiri, tapi lagi males, oat dibikin bubur mulu, bosen. "Gini doang sarapannya? Apa gak laper?".
Gak kok. Padahal aktivitasku banyak. Setiap pagi aku pasti workout minimal 1 jam, biasanya sampai 2 jam. Asal kalau makan itu disiplin dan tepat waktu Insyaa Allah gak akan gampang laper. Jadi tubuh tau kapan waktu harus mencerna makanan kapan harus istirahat, jangan tiap jam ada makanan masuk melulu . Jadwal Makan
Sarapan: sampai sebelum jam 9
Makan siang: 12.00-13.00
Makan malam: 17.00-18.00
