commit_to_stay_fit Yummy post workout dinner😛• Well I did have a chocolate brownie quest bar right after my workout and then came home and had dinner a while later. I had ️corn tortillas filled with refried beans, a lil bit of cheese (didn't make me feel bloated!!!), homemade guac, and salmon! Fun fact: tonight I finally gave salmon a second try and it was okay, probably cuz I couldn't really taste it I need to try and eat more fish for dem omega-3's Anywho, I just got back from GNC and I stocked up on some questies I got 8: 2 s'mores (haven't tried it before, I'm super excited!), 2 cookies and cream, 2 chocolate chip cookie dough, and 2 cinnamon roll baes Going to do some homework and then head off to bed 😴 Happy Thursday loves

itonelovely Everyone says micros are just as important as macros so here's my pwo dinner. Red bell peppers stuffed with 97% lean ground turkey, quinoa, bacon, mushrooms, and black beans topped with shredded cheddar and the left over broccoli from lunch. For lunch I ordered sushi at the office but instead of getting the 3 roll lunch special I got two and a side of steamed broccoli. I didnt measure it but like it's BROCCOLI so I think I'll be ok with a guesstimate. This was the leftover broc from lunch. Finished my macros with a beltsander brownie and kozy shack rice pudding which has easy to fit macros and a great ingredient list if you like rice pudding. Macros for one pepper half 9f/18c/18p. 1h

maytesjourney Protein nana ice cream for the win this is what I have most of the time after my workout everyday. 2 frozen bananas, 3 tbsp hemp protein powder(vegan), 1 tbsp hemp seeds, 1 tbsp cacao powder, 1 tsp @organicburst spirulina powder, lots of kale, and 3/4 cup almond milk. Something about this combo just works so well and I love it! Perfect post workout snack because it contains a great amount of protein and a nice ration of healthy fats and carbs. So I felt pretty good this afternoon after eating this. I didn't have a midday energy drop like I do most days. It was a moderately stressful day at work but I was able to get through it with a clear and organized mind
