ajerniganbrown I had another great workout today where I felt strong throughout the entire thing despite whipping myself to death when warming up! But hey!! I got double unders down!! I actually got six of them before I decided I had had enough whippings for the day! I've switched things up again in my lift routine so now I'm doing 4 heavy sets of 6-12 (each set to failure). Gotta keep pushing my body and keeping it guessing so that I'll continue to progress! finding.mama.fit I didnt go to the gym today. Got caught up deep cleaning and packing my kitchen. Have you ecer decided to pulk out the appliances and clean?...after living somewhere THREE years. ...yeah, gross.
My children have been demins today. Adorable demons, but demonic nonetheless.
I fibally get them in bed and I made myself get up grab some weights and do leh work. Dead lifts, goblet squats, kettlebells, and lunges. I could have done more but ill build back up!
Point is I didnt want to do it but I did it anyway.

pregnant_fitfoodie What a workout morning with #fitfriends!! After weightlifting in the gym first (and me trying to get a pic of my 6 month baby bump) - we then went for some killer creative cardio down by our stunning River area! Including .... ajerniganbrown Slow and controlled overhead dumbbell tricep extensions are excellent when done correctly. Make sure to keep your arms pinned close to your head so that you're not to allowing them to flare out to the sides as you lift the weight.
