And no bread for this girl!! {Okay I had 1 cornbread muffin} but still a HUGE improvement to how I've eaten the past few weeks. HUGE.

My 1 yr old was right beside me the second I took the top off the crockpot waiting for his samples. A true southern mamas boy. All about mamas cooking and MEAT! Lol

ajerniganbrown One of my favorite parts of the body to train is my back. I think it's because before I began training, I never realized how strong my back could actually be. Being able to feel muscles moving and contracting that at one time, I didn't even know had existed makes me feel powerful. I truly feel strong and that's a rewarding feeling when you work your butt off so hard day in a day out. Here's one of my back day favorites, the underhand barbell row. Nothing fancy or new but this has stood the test of time because it works! Keep your back straight and slightly bent at the waist (I do about 45°) and really squeeze your shoulder blades together as you pull the barbell upward into your waist. finding.mama.fit I didn't eat today. Worked out. Went grocery shopping! Paid bills. Decided to grab some food.
Shrimp/salmon/avocado roll. Vegetable fried rice...hold the rice. Extra veggies!
Pretty proud of myself. Usually I just chalk it up to a bad meal and eat what I want but not today!
And I won't feel all sluggish like I do after eating that rice!
