getlow808 BW: 187s. Body weight decreasing and so is bench strength. 305x5x2 but failed last rep on last 2 sets so I hit 2 extra singles.

mamagainz Loving this new #ironpath app I downloaded to help me watch my form (the video cuts off since Instagram only allows 15s...oh well)! Day 2/week1/block1 of #dup #training ...I was still sore from day 1 but pushed through and got it done. SMR, mobility training and glutamine are up next. Deadlifts 5x5 of 80% of 1RM

soez_fitness I noticed that my squat form was deteriorating over time. I blame this on the knee pain that I have had for like 2 weeks because I was too lazy to foam roll.. I was unconciously trying to stay too upright which messed up my bar path, put me into a weaker position and kinda took out the stretch reflex a little. So this will definitely be something that I will have to work on. Today I did 4 sets of 7 with 145kg and instead of doing an AMRAP set with 145kg, I decided to slightly bump up the weight to 150kg and do another set of 7 because high reps suck and I'm a lazy fuck. Still chasing the dream of getting a 5 plates squat this year! My current training max is somewhere around 195kg, so it'll still take a while. 3h
