fitcompetitor_amanda I'm baaack!! Those squats felt AMAZING!! I've been working through a back injury and haven't really been able to perform the 3 big lifts for the past 4 weeks. I've been going to #mobilityfit to help with the acute injury as well as work on strengthening exercises to help prevent a recurrence.
